Hide certain elements on the home page?
I'm thinking the sections - who's online and statistics - are not really needed. What do you think?

If it makes the page "cleaner" then hide them. I always find myself looking at that info out of curiosity, but then I realize it's not particularly useful.

One feature which I have not turned on is "chat." I, personally, do not use it much. If folks do want it, though, we can have it. That would make the who's online useful, I guess.

I see - and I also do not use the "chat" feature if I can help it. So IMO, turn off the other features and keep it all simple.

I always look to see who is on the forum so that I can PM someone if I need to. So either way is fine with me, I'm probably nosier than most. Shut up, June....

Nosy or curious?
There is an option to hide your online status. I think it's in profile>preferences.
